For all private pay clients, you may request a Superbill to submit directly to your insurance company. A Superbill is an itemized form reflecting all therapist information, session date, procedure codes and diagnoses codes necessary to submit to insurance. Superbills are provided at the end of the month upon request. I would encourage you to speak with your insurance company about out-of-network benefits.
To cancel a session please leave a voicemail message at 913-244-0648 or via email through the Therapy Appointment portal at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or not showing for a scheduled appointment, will result in a full session charge.
