Cash, Checks, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and HSA are accepted methods of payment. All copay’s and session fees are due at time of service. 

We provide direct billing for the following insurances if using an in-network clinician. Please always check with your insurance first to verify the clinician is in-network.

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City

  • Humana

  • United Health Care/Optum

  • UMR

  • Cigna

  • KanCare/Medicaid (Aetna, United Health and Sunflower/Ambetter)

INSURANCE

For all private pay clients, you may request a Superbill to submit directly to your insurance company. A Superbill is an itemized form reflecting all therapist information, session date, procedure codes and diagnoses codes necessary to submit to insurance. Superbills are provided at the end of the month upon request. I would encourage you to speak with your insurance company about out-of-network benefits. 


To cancel a session please leave a voicemail message at 913-244-0648 or via message through your online account portal at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or not showing for a scheduled appointment, will result in a full session charge.
